Veo resultados. No en la báscula, lamentablemente, pero mi ropa empieza a quedarme holgada. Las personas que conozco empiezan a notar tambien esto! así que ánimo!! Ha sido un camino difícil pero se puede llegar a la meta!
i see results. Not on the scale unfortunately but my clothes start to fit loose. People I know start to notice this also so Keep going! its been a hard journey but I know I can reach my goal!

Es posible!! Solo requiere disciplina. Esta semana fueron 4 libras menos, aunque creo que la mayor parte eran agua.. Sin embargo lo he celebrado!!
