back to small level of ketones. (two full low carb days since sunday cheat) Have not worked out since the first. so that's 7/14 days of ddr. period started which may explain gain few days ago, never really tracked the two together. ddr had wrecked havoc on my knee (or maybe it was last weds drunk fest, I do remember the soreness starting after that night) I'll put in a ddr session on light mode today with my knee brace and see how it goes. will also do a round of calenthetics (minus planking cuz fuck planking!)
