Yesterday afternoon I felt like hell...and by the time I got home, my throat hurt, my head hurt, I was clammy and flushed, and exhausted.
Ate a granola bar, drank some water, took some aleve...and took the kiddo to TaeKwonDo. Usually I walk while she is there, but last night I literally curled up in a ball on the floor and watched her. She was testing for her next belt (and hopefully) she passed!!
I'm feeling a little better today...head still hurts, but my throat feels better and I'm not as tired.
