Decent day after I got done moaning about my new high. Thankfully I have to take care of the clan. I can't just crawl into a shell. There's a 9/10 mile track at soccer practice... So I put it to use while we waited. Put almost 5 laps in, or 4.16 miles @ 2.77mph not very speedy, but it burned up the 90 minutes of practice. Practice tomorrow morning... I don't know about getting the same distance in 12 hours later.
No snacks tonight, well maybe a fruit or 2. Going to try to string a 2nd day of wellness tomorrow. I'll set a goal of 10lbs.
