wow! I had to re-weigh myself about 8 times to be sure this number was real - down 8 pounds. I guess it's probably a lot of water, this being week 1 and all. I've been very active with my family, biking and hiking. I've been cooking and eating lots of fresh veggies and close to vegetarian. Glad I have the next week off to continue the good work. Harder to get in this much activity when I am working. Also harder to take time to cook good food.
