♥️♥️ 😃 Yes, I have a privacy fence. I just laughed as I heard my grandmother's voice in my head. She would always say, "I've got more on than some of those gals at the beach!" wherever she'd defend short pants, etc.

And yeah... Freckles.... But I really do think Jhee's legs have to be hairier than mine. 😃😉 Funny, I wasn't thinking about that. I was trying to hide my (lack of a decent) pedicure.

Thank you. Day #2 of 'less'. The snacky snacks are gone. The chocolate, albeit sugar free, is gone. I had been 'okay' with the up & down of 3-4 pounds but this other 5-6 came on seemingly overnight... although I do know better. Way too much extra eating.

I was going to joke that it was CICO - I just wasn't doing the math right...😆😂 But I didn't want to set off one of those debates. I know what I did.The THING now is .. this IS the time when I 'lose' my way .. the 18 month falling off the path regain that has happened again and again.

I actually didn’t do the math right about a week ago. Thought I’d get way more calories burned than I did. It really helps to make sure you hit the right numbers on the calculator lol. Good job getting rid of the snacky snacks! I hate when those extra pounds sneak up on you then you figure out why they are there :/.

Yep. I'm back to recording BEFORE I put it in my mouth - I'd slipped up a lot on that. Overlooking things. Enough is enough.

That's the way Bella! If I don't record before, I forget what in the world I put in stuff I make.

I like to record before I eat if I know what I’ll be having. Then I change the weights when I’m portioning it out. Most of the time I do it as I cook so I know everything is spot on. It’s the late night snacks and the ‘just a few more robins eggs’ that get me lol. My body likes to mess with me so much that I overate and lost weight. Now that I’m eating less I’m back to gaining lol.
