My breakfast this morning is my 'go to breakfast', a 'fake' latte and a small bowl of fruit n fibre with semi-skimmed milk. The 'fake' latte element is half fresh coffee and half warmed milk, and a teaspoon of sugar, tut tut, I know, white death. A morning treat at the moment, the migration from coffee to warm water and lemon is a slow one.
The milk is whisked in a pan to give the coffee a little bon viveur, surprising how much froth with this technique, a small whisk is needed, the one for sauces, horseshoe type.
The fruit and fibre a sit and soak affair for ten minutes or longer(I sometimes have shower......but then often forget to eat it) this seems to make cereal sweeter, so thumbs up there, wonder if any agree with that statement. And let me know if you try a 'fake' latte, with or without sugar.
Thanks for everyones support. Fridgepig, oink.
