So like before, phase two of my diet is going much harder for me than phase one. With phase one, while I strained under the pressure of such a strict diet, I never really cheated per say. With phase two, I just break the diet rules left, right and center. My goal right now is to keep my infractions down to just one a day. Day before yesterday, I realized to my horror that I basically burned my diet to the ground with all the contrabands I ate. My only saving grace is that I have not let up on my workouts and I hope that I can stay steady at least until I've worked out this insanity.

You will be ok, you know what you are doing wrong and ammitting it to yourself and us, this is why I love this site, it makes you more honest bout what you are doing, and that helps in the end, and I honestly do think if we were not on the site your "Intfractions" would have been worse, and without even thinking you would have said "I dont want/need this" to some during the day with out knowing it, Anyway you could clear temptation foods out of house, remember if you buy them for others at home and they are whats putting on yr weight, in the long run they will do the same to the others. Just a thought, Stay strong

HA HA join the club on that one. I noticed that as soon as I was done w/ the 2nd phase I started dabbling here and there. I mean I do keep up w/ the workouts as well, but isn't it wierd. Maybe we get a little too comfortable to see some weight loss...lol. I've come to tell my self a little bit here and there is not such a big deal. I would rather eat 1 enchilada than a whole bag of chips and icecream. At least we still exercise and eat right majority of the time. I have been redoing the phase 1 part this week. Just to reboost myself. So don't worry and don't beat yourself up for it. Just enjoy what you eat and do it in moderation. Keep up the exercise portion and try to grab a banana rather than a cookie. Your doing fine though*

Thanks to you both for encouraging me. Today was better than the past few and I hope to keep this up.

You can do this, don't be so hard on yourself...as long as you know what you are doing wrong, you can correct it! I have faith in you and you should too!
