First entry since leaving for Costa Rica - I weighed 204.8 when I returned to the UK! I immediately got sick with the flu (?) and didn't eat or drink much for 5 days. This morning I felt much better and I weighed 194.2!

Still to go: 19.2 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
