Wasn't as hungry today even though the weather has been terrible. My weight is up from my last weigh-in but I know it is probably water weight since I started back to weight lifting this week. I am sore and my arm still hurts from the flu shot. Feeling kind of icky too.
I bought some fruit today, I need to get more fruit in my diet. I usually eat tons of fruit, don't know why I seemed so turned off on it lately, maybe the summer just gave me an overload of it.
Bought a bag of lemons, I am going to try and drink lemon water starting tomorrow. I read that it might help my rosacea. I use to drink lemon water all the time when my rosacea seemed better. I don't know why I quite but I didn't know at the time it was recommended treatment. Lets see what happens... I am hopeful!!
