Have been making a concious effort to drink more fluids now the kids are off school and I'm not always rushing around. I'm upping my excersise and really watching my diet. I'm sick of recycling the same 5lbs since last October so this will hopefully get me out of the rut andkick me toward my weightloss goal of another 2stone 9lbs which my BMI says I need to be at.
