I've avoided recording this number for 10 days, at least. In fact, my last "weigh in" was due to a challenge (I suck at these - the reporting, not the doing) and it automatically recorded my previous weight as my new weight. So I think my last true weigh in was the 18th. That was the day after the concert, the 8+ hrs of standing, and most likely a little dehydrated. So maybe the 130 wasn't really a TRUE weight. Regardless, THIS is ridiculous. Two weeks ago today, I was 131.6. So a whopping POINT FOUR (.4) pounds lost in TWO WEEKS. I HATE THIS. I HATE THE SCALE, I HATE HOW IT DOESN'T SEEM TO REALLY DEPEND UPON WHAT I DO!!! I'm sorry for yelling here, but I've just about HAD it. NO, not gonna give up. Just need to vent. Besides, for all I know, that .4 lbs could just be a fluctuation and I may still weigh the same as two weeks ago. I didn't have a weight entry for the first, so I'll assume it's between the two numbers before that date and after and call it 133.2. TWO pounds in a MONTH?? Really? And to add insult to injury, that's WHILE I did four of the most intense weeks of exercise, the last four weeks of Insanity. Not making sense and I really want to throw the damn scale out. How can this be? Even WITH a sluggish metabolism from thyroid, it shouldn't be THIS bad. I want to scream, I've already cried some this morning... tears of frustration. It'd so be ONE thing if I kept messing up, or missed workouts or something, but I haven't. I DID have two days this month I didn't even bother recording, knowing that I ate nearly as much as I burned, well, probably within 400 - 500 calories, so didn't bother adding those days into it. Even if I somehow screwed up recording food daily... even if I ADD 300 calories to what I've eaten EVERY DAY for that time, I STILL should have lost nearly 7 lbs (6.9) -- NOT less than half a pound. Screw it. I'm upset, frustrated, depressed, and even PISSED off right now. YES, I know I should stay off the damn scale. Like Klannoye...I let it determine how I feel and how I approach the day and that's stupid. AND I know it's just a "tool" for weight management, but let's face it...it's one of the best tools we have overall. Because yes, you will lose inches, which is really what it's all about, but sooner or later, that scale will reflect your body size. So, as much as I hate that damn thing, I still have a sort of respect for it as a measuring device. Although right now I wouldn't mind throwing it through a plate glass window.

131.2 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

DANG looks what happens when i leave my house for a couple hours!!!!! okay.....FIRST- vent AWAY!!! That IS what this site is for. WE are ALL in this stinking boat together. AND you have complete right to vent...and even cry.....( I will also ADD My hug here) NOW....Don't know IF you knew this? Half walnuts DO CONTAIN about 3,000 calories....Hmmm....JUST PLAYING Girl..... :-) And ANYONE who KNOWS YOU ( cares about YOU) knows...YOU are being honest- with your tracking. WHAT is the point of NOT being?!?!?! AND so...it obviously ISNT in the tracking. NOW....( before I GO AND RESEARCH MYSELF) I am NOT going to say YOU have gained 7 pounds of muscle....BUT being that I AM one of the few, the proud, the fat secret members that DID attend YOUR gun show....( he he) I WOULD love for YOU to post that picture on HERE. Dear Girl....THERE is NO fat on that GUN!!! YOUR 4 inches shorter than me....and Im SCARED of YOU. SO.....I think we need to realistically see....HOW much muscle CAN one gain and in how much time. YOU know Tiffany--- DID say, when she LOOKs her best.....she is seriously AT a higher weight. SO.....add a COUPLE pounds muscles....and a couple pounds stall for thyroid.....Hmmmm????? AND NO you haven't even taken a break from your working out....( which CAN be kinda annoying to some of slackers....AGAIN, just sayin'!!) kidding you.....BUT take that break!!! Slow Down Killa'.....AND take a step Back. YOU ARE doing fabulous.....GO LOOK AT YOUR JEANS..... !!! Im going to see HOW much muscle ONE can gain....we WILL get to the bottom of this....TRUST me....AND GET THE GUN SHOW PHOTO up.....Im telling you.....ITS IMPRESSIVE to say the least!!! xoxoxoxo......breath.....THIS too shall pass.... YEAH....( okay I cannot tell ya if it worked...) OBVIOUSLY it did, if Nurse Jill saw. BUT that is awesome....AND be proud of that girl....IT IS impressive. Trust me!!!!

RWL, that is a serious GUN!!! I just wish that we could see the rest of you!! I would love to know what my buddy looks like! And you are doing awesome. My guns are still buried in fat! lol But when I was doing my ab exercises the other night, my youngest, Jacob, said, "Dang, mom, I can see your abs, big time!" Kinda made me feel good! lol (BTW I exercise in my one piece swim suit with a pair of shorts over it) My hubby, sons, and sisters are my biggest cheerleaders.

Good, this week is going well. I am probably going to start Round Two once this one is done. I am also thinking of incorporating P90X since I have done that before. What are your plans now?

I just saw the pic I could be any weight with arms like that omg, you are DISEL, and you look so good. Thanks for making realize seeing is believing. That gave me so much motivation. I always thought I drink there is no way I will ever get trim, thanks hun for proving me wrong and right if you work out hard enough it doesn't matter what you do just be aware. Honestly that pic made me realize it is so worth it!

Wow... I've gotta thank Klannoye for having me post that! I didn't think it was that big of a deal, but I'm loving the responses! Thanks ctlss... maybe one day I will get up the nerve and find someone that can take a decent picture.. I hate pictures! Jill... don't know, think I'll do the Slim in 6 routine and some additional ones (like I did today) for cardio...eventually I may try the P90X. Pretty intense stuff. hottagain... thanks, what a sweetie! And if THAT gives you motivation...I'm glad I posted it! :D NOW... if ONLY the rest of the body would follow suit!
