Finding the new start difficult because of nights. Feeling very snacky and in need of comfort food...i have to go for tests after tonights shift at the other hospital and im nervous. trying to eat healthy as possible but finding cheese too easy to eat! Also the homemade curry my friend bought into work last night so I could try some of her traditional food wasnt something I felt I could turn down because she had made it specially. Always find it hard to exercise when im at work too usually do it on days off. I start work in 2 1/2 hours and it will be my 3rd shift in 2 days. I dont think I can realistically restart properly until my nights are over and ive been and bought more salad. Feeling deflated after having such a bad weekend food wise amd almost 2 weeks with no exercise. Might do a little zumba if I can wake up enough in the next half an hour.
