Carbs is so 17 per bakkie, so seker te veel vir jou. Ek tel mos nie carbs nie, net cals- werk beter vir my. Ek bly honger as ek low carb en mens kan hopeloos te min eet as jy net proteiene eet- vir my smaak in any case. Gelukkig gee my lyfie nie om vir carbs nie, solank ek net die cals laag hou kom die kilo's so stadigaan af.

Janee maar ertjies is heerlik - in sop vorm - moet dit net nie as is in my bord skep nie :) ek maak Broccoli of spinasie sop met diced bacon gebraaide uie en houertjie room - LOW carb en HEERLIK :) hehehe Geniet jou soppie - die sonnetjie skyn vandag bietjie by ons so !
