Just stepped on the scale for the first time in awhie, haven't followed any semblance of a diet in awhile. Feeling like crap, having a bad morning, and worse afternoon. Breakfast was eaten for the first time in awhile today...special k cereal and 2% milk. Lunch was a spinach salad...with ranch dressing, and some cottage cheese. So far food wise today I am doing alright. Back to the gym tomorrow morning. Wish me luck.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.1 lb a week
