well had a great food day, and as Im after challenging myself not to eat after 9pm. Im very full, fuller than Ive been in weeks, The water is the greatest thing,As Im trying not to eat Im going to add a splash of fruit, no sugar added squash. BUT bit full of energy still. Roll on tomorrow. Im so sorry I didnt know about this site when I was ill during summer, the recipes alone would have been a great help
