I am thinking my period is coming. I gained 5lbs since last night and there is no possible way. I am not going to record that weight. It is my pattern I lose 5lb and get my period and gain 5 plus pounds and then i get depressed and eat eat eat, lots of junk and chocolate ice cream and then give up. That has been my pattern for the last 6 months. NO MORE! I woke up and was not discouraged. I ate healthy breakfast drank water healthy lunch and hopefully a good dinner and a great 60 mins of hard gym time!
On another note today is our 4 month gotchaversary! We have had our son 4 months. He was adopted on May 28th 2010. He is the light of my life and one of 4 others reasons to get healthy and stay healthy.
