Wow ... those are some tough goal numbers but I like it. I've been wanting to strive for atleast 150+ on the Protein but easier said then done. Good Luck!

Thanks!! You know I had a lot of trouble at first. I was on the Belly Fat Cure for 10 weeks so I did learn to stay away from carbs! That part is easy now. I recommend protein powders! They really help get your protein grams up! Most are pretty good too when you blend them up with ice and really cold water. Plus I LOVE turkey and chicken... I am lucky there! Thanks for the kuddos!
