I LOVE doritos. Dont be too hard on yourself. Today is another day.

Something that has helped me (because I used to binge eat about once a week) is now I "allow" myself to eat anything IN PORTIONS. I tell myself I am allowed to eat a serving of Doritos or ice cream and, since I started doing that and actually following through if I really did want something, I don't crave junk as much. A lot of it is psychological. You crave what you "can't" have.
I read a book about emotional eating and the author talked about "humming" foods. Basically, eat only when you are hungry and eat foods that "hum" to you which means a food that you are truly craving, not just because you saw it or smelled it or know it's in the pantry.
That was long, good luck!
