I unburied my desk calendar to get it ready to switch to July when I get here on Monday and I have a small victory I'm claiming. Not too long ago my almost daily Mon thru Fri breakfast was fountain coke and doritos. This month I marked on the calendar the days that I had this breakfast and I'm proud to say it was only 7! 7 for the whole month vs. 16-20. I cut it in half. Now to cut it even further in July!

Good for you!! I hope you keep up the healthier breakfast trend for July!! I'm making myself some healthier pancakes tonight, then I can throw them in the freezer and pop them in the microwave during the week. They are yummy, filling, and great with fruit on top.
