Yes!!! My first intermediate goal was to lose 20 lbs. in the first two months before my husband and I left for vacation. We did it! We've had some struggles, particularly with trying out a new exercise regimen. My knees have been giving me a lot of trouble, but my doctor assured me it was only tendonitis--rest and careful exercise will get me going again.
The best part is working to make a goal and getting there. I still have a long way to go to reach my goal weight. But I know I'll get there and learn to stay there!
