No change in weight today, but I think tomorrow may produce a large drop, at least another pound. I've decided I'm going to start workouts with this diet...about 15 min after dinner. I'm going to save a few pieces of meat and an apple as a post-workout snack. My workout goals for today: 1) Dips 2) Squats 3) Abs
