Still doing good so far. Spent yesterday at a friend's and ate too much because she made a cake....angel food cake mix (dry) and you add a can of sugar free cherry pie filling....that's all. Mix and bake it for 35 mins at 350 degrees. Sorry, I don't mean to cause anyone problems but it's a good recipe since it was totally fat free. Better than most cakes.... Maybe I didn't do as bad as I thought I did. It was delicious but I hadn't intended on eating anything extra and didn't calculate the cal/fat. I know, no one made me eat it, but I figured it was only one day and I've been good for two weeks, so I allowed it. I'd made a really good mac salad that was good for me, too. Not feeling well today so I have no inclination to eat much. Carrot nut muffin and iced coffee for breakfast, mac salad for lunch, and 1 c cantaloupe for snack. Having non-breaded chicken tenders for supper. I'll add them to something...just not sure yet. Maybe a salad since I've had no veggies today. (Unless the carrot muffin counts.) ;) I weigh in on Saturdays so I'll post my weight loss then. Hope everybody's doing well. Don't give up or we'll never get there. Dee

Yum! Thanks for the recipe, I made one of those angel food cakes with a can of crushed pineapple once the same way and it was delicious! I'm sure it didn't hurt your diet, in fact it's good to splurge sometimes!

Thanks, Bliss. I've heard about using pineapple, too. I'd also like to try blackberry or apple. And I agree about splurging. If you're hungry for something and really, really want it, it's best to have a little of it. Otherwise you might go overboard on things til you get that craving under control.
