I get the Whitby scampi bites 190gm £1 a bag even the whole bag is only 428 so perfect if just having sald with it x

I never do that high I meant to do 1600 according to FS that with saying I don't exercise 😂 I'm lucky to get to 1200 a day

I guess at some point the weight will stop dropping off won't it 😂 I think I'll keep going after my next goal maybe to 60kg
