UGHHH! I had a horrible day yesterday! I didn't give myself the time or the opportunity to make good choices. So, I ended up eating wrong and not moving as much as I should. As a result, I feel so sluggish.
But, I am up and determined to make today work for me. I have a lot on my "to do list", but first the "me time".
