Slow but steady weight loss and so easy---still biking hard--getting in around a 100 to 110 miles per week--shooting for 140 average---added HIIT intervals to the biking and a bit if hill work---went back to a standard crank from compact----also addded HIIT workouts 3 times a week to home training---doing the 7 minute one---interesting how hard that is--broke the 200 pound barrier and shooting for nother 30 pounds or so loss--hopefully by end of summer
