I have not been able to stick to my eating plan and it makes me feel like crap. I feel gross. The exercise is not a problem. I just feel like I have no will power some days... I'm a very active person, if I could just stick to my points I don't have a problem losing weight. This is a battle that is so frustrating for me. Today is a new day and I going to keep going.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 September 2008:

Don't be too tough on yourself. I suck to someday's on the will power...TODAY being one of mine! Oh well, I like your 'today is a new day'...I think that is key to making a diet work. Just keep pluggin' along...even on the bad days...soon the good ones out number the bad ones and then we have a life-style...ya, think? That's what I think...Ha...I think TOO much maybe :o)!! heehee Let's just start the day over RIGHT NOW and move on, what do ya say? G'day!!

So far I have a good grip on today... Let's see what the rest of the day brings. I start out every day with thinking it's going to be a good day with sticking to my points. Some days are and some days aren't. Eating healthy makes me feel good but it is just so hard to do some days! Good luck to you with the rest of the day!!

My day was badbadbad! I didn't even write it all down...So I'm starting over tomorrow and really gonna try! GRRR to me! :o) YAH to you!!
