So far so good. I had a good 3 hr workout yesterday in between work. I did come home and have a homemade pumpkin gob which I am made I did. But I am happy I didnt eat 10! I did not see the kind of loss I wanted to this morning. That is ok because it may come later today. I am working really hard and eating well but also drinking at least 4 bottles of water. That has me peeing A LOT! But I think it also keeps me fuller.
All in all it has been a successful few days and I really hope to keep it up.
