sorry, I've been busy with a lot of new things starting in my (and Kids) schedule. I haven't been on the computer much.
Today I went for my walk, did my push-up challenge started a new crunch challenge(I did 50). then taught school to Erik my 4 year old, went to his swim class. I swam laps while he was being taught.
Diet is going okay.
I'm very tired today, another night of not sleeping well. I looked at the clock about 5 times before the alarm ent off, only s hours after I went to sleep.
I have class tonight...pyschology..YUK!!!! but hope it won't be too bad.
