I'm realizing the success of this diet is going to be more about preparation and less about will power. I'm also realizing that this diet is not only about me wanting to lose weight and feel better, but is also about me wanting to control an aspect of my life--and this is in my power to control. The need to control things is not always good, but harnessing something that is not being controlled, that should be controlled, that can be controlled, and is within my realm to control...is empowering. Today: food prep for the week!
