Note to self.....DO NOT STAY UP AND WAIT FOR DAUGHTER TO COME HOME....BECAUSE I EAT!
Ugh so upset with myself, maybe I should have started this on the weekday. at midnight I started eating cheetos and crackers and cheese...so disappointed with myself...now today I can only eat 847 calories....

Cut yourself a little slack. You have to start somewhere. Forgive yourself for last night. Accept the lesson you learn. Now, do your best to do better today. If you beat yourself up too much you're not going to make it. Just make the next day a better one, keep trying. Even small improvements will gradually get you to where you're going if you're not in too big of a hurry.
