Yesterday evening I was VERY hungry. I questioned whether I should continue the diet, but am going to change it up a bit for me.

First problem, I had shrimp for lunch. Which is essentially zero fat. I need to choose a high fat meat for lunch. I am increasing my portion size from 3 oz to 5 oz. Also, I am allowing myself an extra fruit serving as a snack betw lunch and dinner, and dinner and bedtime. I am also increasing doses from 3x/day to 5-6x/day. We will see how this goes...

Today has been better so far. No breakfast (except tea), lunch was chicken, spinach & an orange. Snack was an apple. Dinner will likely be steak... :)

I only lost .2 lbs from yesterday. I went to bed very weak and hungry, but I think part of that is my body adjusting to this. I hope it gets easier. On a side note, I do feel lighter...not so heavy. I guess that's good.
