Weight loss has slowed down again. Why? Well, typical reasons; I've been cheating again. I just need to stop, I know I do. I'm not gaining at least and I haven't been 'cheating' more than 40g a day here and there. Oy. I'm starting classes in January and I am worried about my eating habits once school starts on top of work. I'm actually generally eating really well, just keep sneaking bread and sweets in the break room or fun-size bags of peanut m&ms here and there.
