I am new to this. I have been on a very interesting road this year. I have lost 83 pounds already, but everything has ground to a halt. I don't know what the next step is. I excersize 5-6 days a week and try to keep my calorie count below what the website has recomended. I just am confused about where to go now. I would still like to lose another 100 pounds. I work like a crazy 50-60 hour work week and have to eat at weird times. It is all overwhelming sometimes. But I can say that I am in the best shape I have been in 15 years.
