It took me three days to get back on track after that horrible "salad incident" on June 18th. I wanted to record this because it is so easy to forget. I made a lazy food choice on the 18th and was up two pounds. So, three days later, I am back to "pre-salad incident" weight. LRB, DON"T MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN. But equally important, if you do, DON"T THROW THE TOWEL IN. You can get it back.
