Teglee's Journal, 14 April 2020

This is only my second day trying to eat more healthy, though I do feel like it's already doing my body justice. My headaches seem to be decreasing, though I do feel more tired. I couldn't find something in my car the other day and decided to throw out all the trash, which included over 10 fast food bags from the last week... I think that was the final straw and brought me pretty close to tears about how bad I was being to my body. I'm not specifically following any sort of diet, but I am trying to be better. No more fast foods or sodas. No more randomly buying cookies and eating the entire thing in one sitting. I've always been a tad overweight, but I used to be so fit, working out two+ hours five days a week. It's hard being in quarantine and not having the gym open, but I am trying to work out at home after work, albeit in shorter increments. I guess I'm rambling at this point, but I want to be happy with my body, and not worry about being too big to do something.
