I'm back from Lilies War and recuperating from vacation. LOL! I've been unpacking, sleeping, organizing the camp stuff, sleeping, checking and rechecking for ticks, sleeping, laundering all the sweaty, medieval garb, sleeping. Did I mention sleeping? Boy, this getting old stuff is getting old but the alternative sucks!
I had a lovely week with 2,000 of my favorite friends, taught classes, took classes, farbled and enjoyed the great view of lovely young men, scantily clad, on the very hot days. (Even little old ladies enjoy a good view.) I collected lots of hugs, celebrated my birthday, collected lots of hugs, gave lots of hugs, collected lots of hugs and, in general, hugged a lot.
I missed my buddies here, but I didn't gain a lot of weight, so can hold my head high. Now I need to get back to work.
I bought a new book, "Eat to Lose, Eat to Win: Your Grab-n-Go Action Plan for a Slimmer, Healthier You". It's a good, healthy food plan and worth the read. A few new tips can't hurt.
I'm glad to be home. Have a great day, my friends!
