zomg. I am so not happy with myself... I got into a can of fluffy white icing last night and had like 3 tablespoons of it, plus 3 tootsie roll pops during the day! o, and then graham crackers!

AGGGHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! I just threw all of it out. I just can't have anything around like that. I was telling myself it was for 'emergencies' for when my blood pressure got low, but I am just being stupid. No more.

Bah!!!

Today will be back on track for good... again!! :+)

Good for you fro throwing them out!! Juice or a piece of whole fruit is a MUCH better solution if you need that quick sugar fix. Besides if you are eating right and often enough you should not need to resort to that :) Get your insulin cycle cycling correctly :D I LIKE your resolve. Go get 'em!

I always talk myself into keeping stuff like that around the hosue! I do it with ice cream....I said that I'd only let myself have a half cup on nights that I stuck to my Points. But then there was the night I ate two whole cups! You're right, it's better to just throw it all out.

Great job throwing that out. I can't have temptation aroud either. If your blood pressure gets low, have something with some carbs and protein like nuts. Good luck and keep at it!
