Stayed on track today with food. I even resisted stopping at a fast food place after spending 3 hours at the dentist. We didn't eat lunch until 2, but I ate healthy. :-) Jacob and I baked some cranberry chocolate oat bars that are pretty yummy - 160 calories per, but they make an easy snack and are relatively healthy. Tomorrow will be full of temptation - eating out twice with friends. Salad, anyone?
