I really thought I wasn't going to like using this site, but I think I have come around! I was trying to enter my food as I went on the app on my iPhone and it was very frustrating to me, so I gave up. Today,I just wrote down everything I ate and guesstimated the amounts, then entered them on the laptop on FatSecret when I got home.
Genius. Apparently, this is what my brain needed to get this process rolling!
Interesting to see how much I eat...and how much fat I take in! Holy COW, I am a MOO COW! It's all in my cheese, milk, and butter intake, because I really try to avoid fatty foods elsewhere. *sigh* Dairy, you are my downfall. Curse your delicious calories.
Trying to decide if I really need to have more potato sticks. Yes.
