Well, I've been bad for the last 3 days. I've eaten bad foods and I haven't worked out since Monday. But I am going to the gym tonight and I'm going to try to work out for 45 minutes instead of my normal 30 minutes. Tomorrow, I am going to do my very best to stay on track as far as food goes.
