Another new low! I am slowly and eagerly changing my ways. Today I chose not to have any red licorice. There are three large packs in the livingroom. Rick can control his pleasure at 4-5 pieces, where 1 piece for me makes me want to eat the whole package. And that craving haunts me all the time they're in the house. If I don't reset the flavour ( of sugar?) in my mind, or I can't see it, I don't miss it.
Another big step for me today was at dinner. Rick cooked turkey pieces for supper. He skinned the pieces and laid the skin on the breast to keep it from drying out. I love the skin and took a piece on my plate. I never even touched that skin to my lips. In fact, I didn't even want it. What a huge change. I am so grateful for these little steps. Thank you for helping me to become different, not just to act differently. 🙏😁
203.4 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
