I can't find the proper nutritional information for Subway's wraps (specifically, the "Veggie Delite" Wrap, which I eat almost every day). I've added the 6" sandwich version to my food diary, but I hate knowing my caloric tally will be off. :-(

I eat that same wrap everyday at work! All I know is that it is about 8.5 points on Weight Watchers (with ranch dressing and no cheese)! Mmmmm...

There is absolutely no way I'm getting my wrap without cheese! LOL
However, I skip the dressing and just add vinegar and black pepper. Believe it or not, it really kicks up the flavor and doesn't add the fat.
