I'm guessing I'm doing pretty good... I know for a fact I'm not eating what I want... I check the calorie count on everything thing I eat...

I've been measuring the current serving sizes... But the hard thing for me is still being hungry after eating...

For lunch I usually eat 1 cup of soup which is 80 cal... and a whole bag of dole romaine or butter bliss lettuce and Ken's light vinaigrette dressing... and 3 oz. of tyson diced chicken.. and I feel like I'm still starving after eating all that...

but I was reading on one of the forums on this site of things I can eat a lot of without the consequences of eating a lot of calories... so I went and bought my self cucumber, sugar snap peas and that jello mousse which I thought was AWESOME.. ONLY 60 CALORIES...

So I'm definitely trying...
