Yesterday I weighed 193.2. I ate 10 slices of bread, one container of hummus, three sausages, onion, tomato, lettuce, two large cookies, one flapjack, drank juice and plenty of water. I weighed 194.8 this morning. Played soccer with my friends for almost 3 hours. Now I just weighed 192.4.
