had lots of crisps and wine with the easter braai yesterday😅 but now all my booze is finished so expecting better results for the next 3 weeks🤣😆
188.9 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
