I managed to do first day of 100 crunches. Initially, the number 100 sounded overwhelming. I was surprised that I didn't crumble at 30! It is very encouraging. Next on my challenge list is the water! 2 glasses down 6 to go! Tonight, the walking!

I know I have only doing this since Labor Day, and I have only lost about 2 lbs. But, I feel better in my clothes, I walk a little more confidently, and my posture seems better. I am looking forward to more progress, I think the challenges keep me focused.
