OK this is an update as a reminder to myself for later down the road - now I have fasted for 17 hours. I am not hungry. I do not have a headache. I have not really consumed any thing other than coffee with 1 Tbsp of creamer and 1 cup of green tea all day. I feel mentally clear and think I may be able to pull this off. If I can make it to 20 hours of fasting that would be great:)Plan on eating cabbage and beef soup for dinner tonight since it is low in calories and will fill me up.

Thanks! It's only been one day, but surprising enough I didn't wake up ravenous this morning. Not the best diet last night, but I really didn't feel like cooking much and I was getting a headache so I needed some carbs. Good luck to you as well!!
