I was very bad last week due to working 23.5 hours of overtime, but no more! I plan on getting to 60 lbs of total loss by next Wednesday, when I board a plane to go to NYC to meet my favorite actor (Friday-Sunday). It's going to be a lot of hard work and excruciating gym trips, but I'm pretty stubborn and know I can lose the weight safely and effectively.
Lots of water, eating right, and beating myself up at the gym!
Come on, ladies and gents! We can do this! Be the change!
