Dear Fat Diary,
I've been at this on my own for a couple of months trying to count calories. My most recent weight is from my physical six weeks ago when I had gone down from 160 a month previously. So until I actually buy a scale I'm hoping my imaginary numbers are still going down! I have trouble saying no when there are treats in front of me so I'm definitely trying my best to keep them out of the house! It it's frustrating right now because I have roommates and therefore little food storage space so cooking and freezing is pretty much out of the question. And there are only so many ways to make carrots, celery, and eggs exciting, right? But in all seriousness I'm aiming for 124 pounds and am excited to use this tool to get started!
